Presentation July 7th - 2005/07/11 13:54 I had the honor to present about Mambo, the CMS at the July Meetup.

A very interested audience made it easy for me, by asking lots of questions. We had a lively dialog about features of Mambo as well as my experience with modifying/hacking it. Many in the audience were impressed by the savings one can gain by using a pre-built CMS as a basis for a website that goes beyond the vanilla text publishing.

Please feel free to ask questions here. I'd be happy to share my experience with you and help you find answers.

Zoom Media - 2005/07/12 04:13 Would be interested to hear whether anyone has any experience with Zoom Gallery? Seems as though it's a pretty popular photo gallery for Mambo, but maybe there are better ones?

Re:Zoom Media - 2006/01/31 22:11 Evaluate Coppermine also - before you decide.
Even if there's no module/component for what you want to use as a gallery - almost anything will run inside the Joomla/Mambo system using the "wrapper" technique.
