Ho, Ho,
Holy-cow it's holiday time again! Come join BostonPHP for some
merriment and good cheer (aka hoist a pint). For all of the
telecommuters, it'll be kind of like the
office party without the office. - for the rest of us, more like a pub crawl.
So pack your "thinking cap", a tough OSS/PHP problem, and an appetite
for
participation, we're throwing a paah-tee. Bring a friend, bring some
cheer, bring your wallet
(we're meeting at the Cambridge Brewing Company) and bring some figgy
pudding (yuck!).
BostonPHP is the unofficial, highly biased and overly ambitious PHP Users Group for Boston and its surrounding communities. Our membership ranges from newbie-to-techie. We discourage RTFM attitudes and encourage you to come see what PHP is all about.
BostonPHP works in conjunction with BostonPHP Meetup, usually meeting the first Wednesday of every month for structured presentation at a local university or business location, and then typically moves on to a nearby restaurant/bar/pub for more informal discussion .
Direction to the Cambridge Brewing Company from the "T."
Take the red line to Kendall Square stop. Come up to the street level
and go through the Marriott Hotel lobby. Take a left onto Broadway and
continue walking straight until you cross over a set of railroad tracks
(after the 2 nd set of lights). Take your first right onto Hampshire
Street and we are in the back left corner of the one Kendall square
complex (5-10 minute walk).
